Small Sawdust Dryer Machine

Sawdust dryer is to use high temperature air to heat and dry the wet sawdust strongly and continuously, then to evaporate out the water, and get the dry sawdust. Small Sawdust Dryer Machine usually means drying capacity is less than 1000 kgs per hour. 

Small sawdust dryer machine mainly have two types: 

One is airflow pipe type sawdust dryer, and it is suitable for capacity less than 500 kg per hour drying ability;

The other is rotary drum type sawdust dryer, and it is suitable for capacity higher than 500 kg per hour drying ability.

Airflow pipe type sawdust dryer has the advantages of quick drying speed, less invest cost, but its heat efficiency is rather low, and its fuel consumption per kg dry sawdust is rather high. It is usually suitable for the small sawdust drying capacity client.

Rotary drum type sawdust dryer has the advantages of high temperature drying, quick drying speed, high heat efficiency, less fuel consumption, less land area needed, but its purchasing cost is higher, and it is usually suitable for bigger sawdust drying capacity >500 kg per hour.
