How to make the raw limestone into fine powder ? 

What is the necessary limestone powder grinding equipment ?

The necessary limestone powder grinding equipment mainly includes includes rock crusher, bucket elevator, hopper. vibrating feeder, limestone mill, electrical control cabinet.

1. Use hammer crusher or jaw crusher to crush the raw limestone into smaller size in advance.

2. Use bucket elevator to transport the crushed limestone into hopper.

3. The vibrating feeder under the hopper sends the crushed limestone into limestone grinding mill evenly.

4. The limestone grinding mill (Raymond Mill) grind the crushed limestone into fine powder as demand.

5. Use bagging machine to pack the limestone powder into bag.

6. Electric control cabinet is used to control all the above machines.

After being processed and grinded by the limestone mill, the fineness of the limestone powder can be adjusted in the range of 80 mesh to 425 mesh as need.  On the top of the limestone grinding mill there is powder classifier which is used to calssify and select the needed output powder fineness.
