Maintenance work of rotary sawdust dryer machine

In the running in period of sawdust dryer machine, we need to do a good job in the maintenance of the dryers, so that the sawdust dryer can always maintain the best struggle state in the later operation.

Maintenance work for sawdust drying machine:

1. Pay attention to regularly check the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water) level, and check the sealing of the whole dryer machine. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is recommended that during the running in period, each shift should add grease to the lubrication point (except for special request).

2. As the rotary sawdust dryer is a special machine, the operator should receive the training from the manufacturer to fully understand the structure and performance of the dryer machine. Before operating the dryer, you must first browse the operation and protection instructions, and operate and take care of yourself according to the instructions.

3. When the running in period is over, the machine should be forced to take care of itself, check and adjust the machine, and pay attention to the oil change.

4. Pay attention to the workload during the running in period. Generally, the workload during the running in period shall not exceed 80% of the rated workload, and appropriate workload shall be deployed to prevent overheating caused by the long-term continuous operation of the machine.

5. Keep the sawdust drying equipment clean, adjust and fasten the loose parts in time, so as to prevent the wear of the parts or the loss of the parts caused by the looseness.

6. Pay attention to the regular inspection of all parts. In case of any abnormality, the dryer machine shall be shut down in time to eliminate it. Before the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated, the operation shall be ended.

We must pay attention to the maintenance work during the running in period of the sawdust dryer. Only when all parts of the sawdust dryer are well run in, can they be used easily in the later production, so as to achieve high efficiency production.
