Heat source and fuel choice for wood chips dryer machine

For one successful wood chips dryer system, the used economical fuel or heat resourse is one key factor to influence the wood chips drying cost. 

The heat source and fuel for the wood chips dryer machine mainly are:

* Waste flue gas from power plant

* Waste hot water from boiler

* Waste wood such as branches, bark, root, etc.

* Coal

* Diesel

* Natural Gas or LPG

* Electricity.

For the operation cost of wood chip drying plant, fuel cost occupy much percent of all the cost. If can use cheap heat source and fuel, then it can significantly reduce the running cost of the wood chips drying line.

If the customers have dry waste flue gas from power plant, it will be ideal, and the customers can install the wood chips dryer machine nearby the power plant, so that to reduce the heat loss of waste flue gas in the transportation process as much as possible.

Before drying, if the customers have large floor size, and can use the sunshine to reduce some of the wood chips humidty in advance, and it also will help to save the heat consumption of the woodchip drying process.
