After the customers received the equipment, the cusotmers mainly needs to prepare simple concrete foundation, and install the machines according to the related technical drawing.  It helps to save much time and cost on the installation and foundation work for the customers.

The work flow of capacity 5 tons per hour silica sand dryer plant is as follows:

* Burner and hot air furnace supply the high temperature air for the silica sand drying system.

* Tractor shovel feeds the wet silica sand into sand hopper.

* Sand hopper sends the wet silica sand into input belt conveyor.

* Input belt conveyor sends the wet silica sand into special designed silica sand dryer.

* Draft fan makes the high temperature air into the drum dryer machine, and makes the water vapor and exhaust air come out of the quartz sand dryer in time.

* Cyclone separator separates the dust from the exhaust air.

* Exhaust air and water vapor leaves the cyclone separator, and pass through the draft fan, and finally goes into atmosphere.

* After being dried, the moisture content of dry sand can be less than 3% or even bone dry, and the output belt conveyor takes the dry silica sand away from the silica sand dryer, and sends it into product storage area.
