Drying Machine of milled wood up to 5mm

Sunco Machinery drying machine of milled wood up to 5mm mainly includes inlet belt conveyor, burner, hot air furnace, special designed sawdust dryer, cyclone separator, draft fan, air duct, outlet belt conveyor, electric control cabinet, etc.

The milled wood powder dryer machine is developed from rotary drum dryer, according to the features of milled wood powder, the specially design inner structure helps the high temperature air to heat and dry the milled wood powder sufficiently to the needed moisture content about 15%, then use the dry milled wood powder to produce high quality biomass pellets.

Milled wood powder drying system work flow are as follows:

Burner and hot air furnace supply the high temperature air for the milled wood powder drying system. The customers can select the economical fuel such as waste wood, coal, diesel, or natural gas, etc according to the actual situation.

Inlet belt conveyor and wind closing device work together to send the wet milled wood powder into the special design sawdust dryer machine.

Special design sawdust dryer machine uses high temperature air to heat and dry the wet milled wood powder sufficiently to the needed output moisture content about 15%.

Draft fan makes the high temperature air into the wood sawdust dryer machine, and makes the exhaust air mixed with water vapor and some fine dust out of the dryer machine.

Cyclone separator separates the fine dust from the exhaust air and water vapor.

outlet belt conveyor sends the dry milled wood powder into product storage area.

Electric control panel is used to control all the above machines.
