Sunco Machinery can design and supply Output Capacity 10 Tons Per Hour Sand Drying Line according to the customers' actual need.

Here we take one of our customers as sample who use our dryer to dry the sand, and finally use the sand to produce cement mortar.

Output Capacity 10 Tons Per Hour Sand Drying Line includes:

01. Sand Hopper: To store wet sand;

02. Input Belt Conveyor: to send wet sand into sand drying machine.

03. Sand dryer machine heat and dry the sand, and get rid of the humidity from wet sand;

03. Burner and Hot air furnace : supply the high temperature air for the sand drying line;

04. Cyclone Separator: to separate the dust from the exhaust air.

05. Special water chamber for fine dust collection;

06. Draft Fan: Make hot air into the sand dryer, and make exhaust air out of the sand dryer machine;

07. Outlet Belt conveyor: to send the dry sand into sand sieve;

08. Sand sieve classify the dry sand into different size range;

09. Screw Conveyor send the different size range into bucket elevator;

10. Bucket elevator sends the different size range into Silo.

11. Electric control panel is used to control all the above machines.
