For example, one customers has one 2 million birds chicken farm, and every day it can generate about 150-200 tons wet chicken manure. Such big quantity of wet chicken manure really is one big problem for the customers who need to find solutions to process the chicken manure so that it not pollute the environment, and also can creat benefit.

Sunco Machinery here suggest to use the chicken manure dryer to dry the wet chicken manure, and the dried chicken manure can be used as high quality organic fertilizer.

Here we calcualted it according to 180 tons wet chicken manure per day , add about 54 tons Dry Rice Husk (The ratio between Wet Chicken Manure and Dry Rice Husk is about 3.33 : 1), then use the mixer to mix the Wet Chicken Manure with the Dry Rice Husk evenly.

After Mixing, we can get about 234 tons mixture of chicken manure and rice husk with moisture content about 56%.

Let the Mixture of Chicken Manure and Rice husk ferment for about 5 days, and aftet that the moixture content of the mixture of chicken manure and rice husk will be about 45%, and thus we can get about 187 tons moisture content about 45% fermented chicken manure.

After fermentation, we use the chicken manure dryer machine to dry the fermented chicken manure with moisture content about 45%.

The quoted Chicken Manure Drying Plant can dry 187 tons moisture content about 45% fermented Chicken Manure per day, in other words, the input capacity of the quoted chicken manure drying plant is about 8 tons per hour, and the output capacity is about 5.2 tons dried chicken manure per hour which is finally used as organic fertilizer. 

The advantanges of the above suggested process are:

1.During the fermentation process, much of humidity is got rid of naturally, thus we will need less fuel to generate the heat to dry the wet chicken manure. In other words, the fuel cost will be much less.

2.After fermentation, the fermented chicken manure with moisture content about 45% will be much more disperse than the wet chicken manure with moisture content about 70-80%. Thus it is much more suitable to be dried by the chicken manure dryer. In other words, the chicken manure dryer can have much better work performance and work efficiency.

3.The invest cost of equipment will be less.
