How to control the output moixture content of the wood chips dryer machine?

Many greenhand wood chips dryer customers want to know how to control the output moixture content of the wood chips dryer machine?

For example, one of our wood chips dryer customer asked that because the wet wood chips moister % can vary as I indicated so much from load to load and depending if it has rained on the 20,000 m3 stock pile. I hope that this can be done, as it’s very important . (must meet 10 to 14 % moisture dried product for me to make briquettes in a mechanical press).

When in bulk production, the heat from the hot air furnace to the wood chips dryer's drum , the hot air quantity, and the wet wood chips input quantity should be stable, then by adjusting the rotation speed of the dryer drum, we can control the output moisture content to be in the range of 10%-14%. 

As you see, if the dried wood chips output moisture content is too high, then we can make the woodchips dryer drum rotation speed more slow, then the wood chips will move inside the dryer drum longer time, and thus the drying time will be longer, and then more humidity will be evaporated into water vapor, then we can get the more low output moisture content wood chips finally.

On the electric control panel there is one meter which is used to control the dryer drum rotation speed. By rotating the knob we can adjust the rotation speed of the dryer drum.

On the electric control panel of our wood chips drying system there are the temperature sensors installed near the dryer inlet and dryer outlet, dryer drum rotation speed control meter, voltage meter, electric current meter which can realize the centralized control. According to the temperature near the dryer outlet we can know the output mositure content of the dried wood chips.
