50 tons per hour Wood Chips Dryers

Sunco Machinery can design and supply 50 tons per hour wood chips dryer system. 50 T/H wood chips dryer system needs 4 set 2.2x22m wood chips dryer.

Each 2.2x22m wood chip dryer can have the processing capacity 12.5t/h (When the initial moisture content of wood chips is 45%, output moisture content is 10-15%.)

For each 2.2x20m wood chip dryer, we need to use three sets 40'HQ Containers to load all the parts. Thus total will need 12 set 40'HQ Container.

The fuel for the wood chip drying system can be coal, waste wood, bark, diesel, natural gas, etc. One of our clients said that :

"We are considering to debark our logs which will remove approximately 5% from the logs.

This will be the wood waste we can burn and as well collection of tree branches."

Yeah, Sunco Machinery also think that the wast wood is the best choice considering the fuel cost, but the waste wood, barks and branches should not be too big and too wet for our hot air furnace of the wood chips dryer.

After being dried by our wood chips dryer, the moisture content 10-15% dried wood chips is very good resource for producing the biomass fuel such as wood pellet andf charcoal.
