Workflow of Sawdust Dryer

Sawdust dryer machine is used to dry the sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings, etc. The workflow of sawdust dryer is as follows:

1- Belt conveyor sends the wood sawdust intot he drum sieve;

2- Drum sieve is used to separate the big size wood particles out;

3- Screw Conveyor sends the wood sawdust into the sawdust dryer;

4- Hot air furnace supply the heat for the sawdust dryer. The fuel for the hot air furnace can be wood pellet, waste wood, etc.

5- The sawdust is heated in the cylinder of the sawdust dryer, and the moisture is evaporated into water vapour;

6- Draft Fan makes the water vapour and dry sawdust out of the sawdust dryer;

7- The cyclone separator seperates the water vapour from the sawdust;

8- Dried sawdust falls down as the product, and the water vapour goes into the atmosphere throught the chimney.
