Hot Air Generator supply the hot air for the wood chips drying system.

Inside the wood chips dryer, the wet wood chips contacts the hot air. The wet wood chips is heated, and the humidity inside the wood chips is evaporated into water vapour.

On the inner wall of the wood chips dryer, there are many flights welded. The different welding methods of the flight will unfluence the mixing efficiency remarkably. 

These flights enhance the heat exchange efficiency between the wood chips and hot air, thus help to enhance the capacity of the wood chips drying system.

Then how does the water vapour goes out of the wood chips dryer ?

At the end of the wood chips drying system, there is one high pressure draft fan. Under the function of the high pressure draft fan, the water vapour is sucked out in time, and finally goes through the chimney and into the atmosphere.
