For the traditional Wood Shavings dryer, after being dried the wood shavings will have some smoke smell, also the color of the wood shavings will be some changed from the original white color. Then it is better to use the clean hot air to dry the wood shavings. 

For the traditional wood shavings dryer, no matter it is single pass rotary dryer, or it is triple pass rotary dryer, both of them is to use hot flue gas to dry the wood shavings directly. Especially when we use the coal, waste wood, sawdust as the fuel, after being dryed by the wood shavings dryer, the dried wood shavings will have some smoke smell, and the dried wood shavings is not as withe as the fresh wood shavings again.

Inside wood shavings dryer, there are many cabins.  Each cabin can evaporate 100kg water into water vapour per hour. 

This type wood shavings dryer is to use the clean hot air to dry wood shavings. Inside this type wood shavings dryer, there are multi bypass hot air channel.  These cabins are installed longitudinally, and it can make the hot flue gas and wood shavings move in different channels, and achieve the heat exchange between the wood shavings and hot flue gas. What is more, it can make the hot flue gas and wood shavings pass through the drum of the dryer several times in their own channels, thus it can use the heat sufficiently. 

At the end of this wood shavings dryer, we use two sets draft fan. One draft fan is specially used to make the hot flue gas out of the rotary dryer, and another draft fan is specially used to make the water vapour out of the dryer in time.
