Input Capacity 2.5 t/h Wood Shaving Drying Machine has been installed well, and the dried wood shavings is sterile for animal bedding.

The initial moisture content of the wet wood shavings is about 40%-50%, and after being dried, the final moisture content of dry wood shavings is less than 15% which is suitable for long time storage.

The hot air furnace is to use waste wood and coal as fuel, and the drying temperature is up to about 300-400 centigrades, and  the drying time takes about 20-30 minutes, during this period, the harmful bacterials are killed, and it is safe to be  used as animal bedding wood shavings and protect  the healthy for the animals.

Wood Shavings dryer not only supply the drying space for the wood shaving, but also it help the hot air to heat and dry the wood shavings sufficiently. Cyclone Separator separate the dry wood shavings from the exhaust air. High Pressure Draft Fan make the hot air into the wood shavings dryer machine, and make the water vapor and exhaust air out of the dryer.
