Welcome!!! Chile customers come to visit Sunco Machine to Negotiate the purchase of Wood Shavings drying machine recently.

The Chile Customer is one professional manufacturer of wood pallet, and there wood process plant has much wood waste such as sawdust, wood shavings, etc.  Recently they have got orders from the chicken farm, and the sawdust and wood shavings can be used as animal bedding material for the chicken farms.

In Chile, in the Summer ther weater is wet, and in the Winter the weather is dry.  Accordingly the moisture content of sawdust and wood shavings also is different.  In Summer, the moisture content of wet sawdust and wood shavings is about 35%-40%, and in Winter the moisture content of wet sawdust and wood shaving can be up to about 50%.

To be as animal beddings for the Chicken farms, 50% sawdust + 50% wood shavings are mixed together.  The loose bulk density of the wood material is about 80 kg per cubic meter.

Considering the sufficient combustion and the less fuel cost, meantime to follow the standards of local environment protection laws, the Chile customer prefer to use sawdust as fuel, and sawdust burner from Sunco Machinery is the good choice.

Because wood shavings drying machine adopts high temperatue and quick drying mode, we have to avoid the fire of wood shaving and sawdust.  Thus the reasonable anti fire solution is necessary.

Sunco Machinery prepare two solutions for the Chile customer.  

Solution 1:  By using heat exchanger, then we only use clean hot air to contact and heat the sawdust and wood shavings, and it is 100% safe. But because heat exchanging, the heat efficiency will be lower.

Solution 2: By using long hot air furnace with anti fire device such as anti fire wall and anti fire mesh etc., to reduce the risk of fire at the most, and it still has the risk of fire, but its heat efficiency is higher.
