Capacity 2 t/h Alfalfa Dryer Machine Start Production in Wutaishan City

The drying capacity of this unit alfalfa drying machine is 2 tons per hour, and the alfalfa dryer is triple pass rotary drum dryer with good and stable work performance.

The alfalfa passes through the alfalfa dryer drum three times, and passes through the high temperature district two times, thus the new type alfalfa dryer is with high heat efficiency, and the related fuel consumption is less.  

The traditional rotary drum dryer is single pass rotary dryer, and the raw material only pass the dryer drum one time, and much of the heat is wasted, and its heat efficiency is less than 60% usually.

The dried alfalfa is high quality hay for animal, and its taste is similar as the fresh alfalfa, and most of the nutrition of the alfalfa is saved, and the crude protein is up to 22%.

In order to save the fuel consumption, and creat the most benefits for the clients, it is suggested that firstly dry the wet alfalfa under sunshine in the farm, and reduce the moisture content to be about 50%-60%. After that, then use the alfalfa dryer machine to process and dry it in bulk production.
