The background information of the Malaysia Wood Shavings Drying Machine is as follows:

▍Raw Material: Wood Shavings, Length 50mm x Width 25mm x Thickness 1.5mm， bulk density: about 40 kg per m3.

▍Initial Moisture Content (%):  40%

▍Output Moisture Content (%): about 12-15%

▍Input Capacity :  2500 kg/hour

▍Fuel: waste wood

The workflow of Input capacity 2500 kg per hour wood shavings drying plant is as follows:

▍Fuel burning chamber and Fire Proof & Air Distribution Chamber supply the high temperature air for the wood shavings dryer machine, and avoid the fire flake into the wood shavings dryer.

▍Tractor shovel sends the wet wood shavings into Mechanical feeding hopper.

▍Mechanical Feeding Hopper sends the wet wood shavings into Input belt conveyor.

▍Input belt conveyor sends wet wood shavings into special designed rotary drum dryer for drying wood shavings.
