Input Capacity 10 TPH Chicken Manure Drying System for Africa Customer is being manufactured now, and the manure dryer machine is estimated to be ready in the middle of July.

Their Raw Material: Fresh Chicken manure from layer in cages farm, Initial Moisture Content: 70-75%, Output Moisture Content: 15-20%; Input Capacity: 10 tons per hour; Fuel: Diesel.

There is diesel burner for the chicken manure dryer， and it is to use high temperature flue gas to heat and dry the manure quickly and continuously, and the drying time takes about 20-25 minutes, and the output moisture content can be reduced to be less than 20% or as need.

For the chicken manure drying machine, enough heat is one key factor for achieving the targeted drying capacity, in other words, the fuel consumption cost occupies much of the operation cost of the manure drying system.

In order to save the fuel consumption cost, before to be dried by the manure drier, firstly we use manure dewatering machine to reduce the moisture content to be about 60%, after that, then let the chicken manure dryers to process and dry the wet manure.
