Good News! South Africa customer placed one order of input capacity 15 tons per hour Spodumene Sand Drying System recently, and its main equipment is New Type Rotary Sand Dryer Machine designed by Sunco Machinery.

Rotary sand dryer machine also is well kown as sand dryer, silica sand dryer, sand drying machine, etc, and it is ideal for drying mineral particles material such as river sand, silica sand, artifical sand, frac sand, garnet sand, slag, etc. 

For these mineral particles materials, they have the similar features of surface water, lower humidity, heavy, and can bear high temperature & quickly drying solution, etc.  With enough heat and reasonable design of the sand dryer machine, the sand drying capacity and work performance is rather good.

For South Africa customer, their requirements on the sand drying system is as follows:

■ Raw Material: Spodumene Sand, 0.5-2.5mm, loose bulk density 1800kg/m3.  

■ Fuel:  Diesel

■ Initial moisture content: about 20%, 

■ Output moisture content needed: 4% max;  

■ Input Capacity of Spodumene Sand Dryer : 15 tons per hour;  

■ Main Equipments needed: Sand Dryer Machine, Rotary Cooling Drum, Packing Machine, Pulse Bag Filter, etc.
