The requirements of DRC Africa client on the related Chicken Manure Dryer Machine is as follows:

>>> Raw material: fresh chicken manure, moisture content up to about 70-75%, from hen layer farm and broiler chicken farm,

>>> After being dried, the needed output moisture content of dried chicken manure is about 15-20%.

>>> The client prefer to use diesel as fuel.

>>> As the fresh chicken manure is with rather high humidity, and contains much water. In order to save the fuel consumption of chicken manure drying process, it will firstly to use dewatering machine to reduce the poultry manure's moisture content to be less than 60%, after that to feed the wet manure into chicken manure dryer for drying.

>>> Chicken Manure Dryer, also is called Poultry manure dryer machine, it is to use high temperature air to heat and dry the wet manure quickly and continuously. When the dried chicken manure leaves the dryer, its temperature still is about 75-80 centigrades, and it is not suitable to be packed into bags directly. Thus, we use rotary cooling drum to cool down the hot dried manure to the environment temperature.

>>> Finally, the bagging machine packs the dried chicken manure into bags, and the weight of each bag is 15kg.
