Raw Material: layer chicken manure; Initial moisture content : 75%; Output Moisture Content: no more than 30%, fuel : coal with 5000 kcal per kg calorific value.

In fact the whole poultry manure drying system includes two sets of 5 tons per hour poultry manure dryer Machine. One set of poultry manure drying system includes:

--- Coal Fired Hot Air Furnace;

--- Inlet Screw Conveyor;

--- Special Designed chicken manure dryer;

--- Cyclone Dust Separator;

--- Deodorization Tower;

--- Condenser;

--- Electric Control Panel.

After the fresh layer chicken manure is heated and dried by the poultry manure dryer,  the related water is evaporated into vapor and to be got rid of, and the output moisture content (%) of dried chicken manure can be less than 30% or as need.

For the poultry manure drying line, it is one continuous drying process, within about 15-20 minutes, the wet chicken manure become dried chicken manure. As it is to use high temperature air to heat and dry the wet poultry manure, during the drying process, the harmful bacterials, worms and seeds are killed, and the dried chicken manure is ideal to be used as high quality organic fertilizer directly.
