Good News! Production Capacity 30 t/h Slag Drying Plant for Malaysia Clients has been shipped recently.

Background information on the slag drying plant is as follows:

▍ Raw Material : Raw Slag from from steel plant, 100% < 50mm, and about 50% < 10mm;

▍ Initial moisture content: about 18-20%, loosen bulk density is 2400-2600kg per m3

▍ Final output moisture content needed: no more than 3%

▍ Input capacity: 30 tons per hour

▍ Fuel: LPG

Work Flow of Slag Drying Plant is as follows:

▍ Burner is used to burn the fuel;

▍ Hot air furnace is used to supply the burning chamber of fuel, and generate the high temperature air for the slag drying process.

▍ Tractor shovel sends wet slag into Mechanical Feeding Hopper;

▍ Inlet belt conveyor sends wet slag into special designed rotary dryer machine;

▍ Special Designed Rotary Dryer Machine is not only help to supply the drying chamber, but also use the high temperature air to heat and reduce the moisture content of slag to be about 3% or as need.

▍Induced draft fan makes high temperature air into the slag dryer's cylinder, and after the heat exchanging process, makes the water vapor and exhaust air out of the dryer machine.

▍Cyclone separaotor is used to separate the fine dust from the exhaust air.

▍Output Belt Conveyor takes the dry slag from the slag dryer machine, and sends it to product storage area.

▍Electrical Control Cabinet is used to control the whole slag drying plant.
