Initial Moisture Content (%): about 45%

Output Moisture Content (%): 15%

Input Capacity : about 1200 kg/hour

Output Capacity: about 800kg/hour 

Fuel: waste wood

End use: Animal bedding

Main equipments of wood shavings drying plant：

01. Waste Wood fired Hot Air Furnace: To burn the waste wood, and generate high temperature air for the wood shavings drying system.

02. Inlet Belt Conveyor: To feed wet wood shavings into the dryer.

03. Wood Shaving Drum Dryer Machine: To supply the drying chamber of wood shavings, and help the hot air to heat and dry the wet wood shavings sufficiently.

04.  High Pressure Draft Fan: To make the hot air into the wood shavings dryer machine , and makes the exhaust air and water vapor out of the rotary drum machine in time. 

05. Electric Control Panel: To be used to control all the above wood shavings drying plant.
