Good News! Malaysia Customer Placed one Order of Output Capacity 10 t/h Silica Sand Drying Machine on December 23th.

The Background Information of Malaysia silica sand dryer machine is as follows:

Raw Material : Silica Sand

Initial Moisture Content: 8%-10%

Output Moisture Content : 2%-3%

Output Capacity: 10 t/h

Fuel: Natural Gas

The 10 t/h Silica Sand Drying Machine includes the machines as follows:

Belt Conveyor:  to transport the wet sand into the sand dryer machine

Natural Gas Burner:  for burning the natrual gas

Hot air furnace:  for supplying the burning chamber of the natural gas

New Design Sand Rotary Dryer:  to make the hot air heat the wet sand sufficiently.

Belt Conveyor:  to send the dried sand into vibrating screen.

After being screened by the vibrating screen, the dried sand is sent into bucket elevator by screw conveyor.

Bucket Elevator: to send the dried sand into the product silo

Electric control cabinet :  to control all the above machines.
