Drying Capacity 30 t/h Slag Dryer Machine for Malaysia customer is installed well

Good News! Input Capacity 30 t/h Slag Dryer Machine for Malaysia Hong Leong Group is installed well on June 6th, and it has begun the bulk production process.

Because some of their wet slag is in lump type, and it is to big to be fed into the slag dryer directly, thus, Sunco Machinery added one fine crusher in front of the dryers, and firstly crush the lump slag into smaller size in advance.

After that, the input belt conveyor feeds wet slag into rotary slag dryer, under high drying temperature, the slag temperature rises quickly, and the water is evaporated into vapor and to be sucked out by the induced fan.

The drying time inside Slag dryer usually takes about 20 minutes, and the slag is passing through the drum of the drier continuously. In other words, wet slag goes into the inlet end of the drier, and comes out from the outlet end, and then become the dried slag.

The hot air temperature near the inlet end of the rotary slag dryer can be up to about 400 centigrades, and after the heat exchanging, when the exhaust air leaves the dryers, its temperature is about 80-90 centigrades.

After being dried, the moisture content of slag can be reduced to be less than 3% or even lower. If need more dry, then can reduce the rotation speed of slag dryer machine, so that it can have longer drying time inside the dryer drum.
