Successful Delivery of 30 T/H Slag Dryer for Malaysia clients

Good News!  30 T/H Slag Dryer Machine for Malaysia Hong Leong Group has been delivered successfully today.

Malaysia Hong Leong Group has one new portland cement project, and our 30 T/H Slag Dryer Machine is used to dry the wet slag in advance, and reduce its moisture content to be less than 3%.

The Requirement information of 30 T/H Slag Drying Machine for Malaysia Hong Leong Group are as follows:

>>> Raw Material: Raw Slag, Due to the raw slag is stored in open yard & expose to the rain. The raw slag is in lumpy form & its size at the average 50mm to 250mm. After being crushed, loose form like sand < 5mm.

>>> Initial Moisture Content: 17%-18%

>>> Output Moisture Content : 3%

>>> Fuel: Diesel 

>>> Input Capacity: 30 t/h   

According to the actual situation of Malaysia Hong Leong Group, after careful consideration and calculation, Sunco Machinery suggested the new design Triple Pass Rotary Slag Dryer. 

The slag will pass through the rotary dryer drum three times, and come to the high temperature zone two time. What is more, as the specical inner design of the rotary drum dryers, the heat exchanging efficiency will be more higher than the old design rotary drum dryer.
