Drying Capacity 30 t/h Rotary Slag Dryer System for Malaysia Client

Raw Slag Dryer also is called Slag Dryer Machine, Rotary Slag Drying Machine, Sand Dryer, etc, except suitable for drying raw slag, but also is ideal for drying other mineral materials such as silica sand, river sand, silica sand, frac sand, garnet sand, etc.

Malaysia clients bought one set of Drying Capacity 30 t/h Rotary Slag Dryer System from Sunco Machinery, and the end use of the dry slag is for the production of portland cement.

Malaysia client's requirement information on the Slag Drying Machine is as follows:

Raw Material: Slag, Due to the raw slag is stored in open yard & expose to the rain. The raw slag is in lumpy form & its size at the average 50mm to 250mm. After being crushed, loose form like sand < 5mm

Initial Moisture Content: 17%-18%

Output Moisture Content : 7%-10%

Fuel: Diesel / Tyre Derived Oil

Input Capacity: 30 t/h                

Seaport: FOB in Port Klang

According to Malaysia client's demand, after double checking and research, Sunco Machinery prepared one detailed solution of Input Capacity 30 t/h Slag Drying System, and it mainly includes the key equipments as follows:

>>> Fine Crusher: To crush the lump type raw slag into size less than 5mm.

>>> Diesel burner and hot air furnace: To burn the diesel, and creat high temperature air for slag drying line.

>>> Rotary Slag Dryer: Specially designed for drying slag with surface water and low humidity, new type triple pass drum dryer, and the slag pass through the dryer cylinder 3 times, and come to the high temperature zone 2 times. 

        New type slag dryer make sure that more heat contact area between the hot air and slag, Compact structure with much longer drying time, thus to achieve high heat exchanging efficiency, meantime with less fuel consumption cost.

>>> Induced fan and cyclone dust separator: To suck out the exhaust air out of rotary slag dryer in time, and collect the fine dust from the exhaust air.

>>> Electric control cabinet: To control the whole slag drying line.
