Chicken Manure Drying Machine has been installed well in Thailand

Good News! Capacity 12 ton per hour Chicken Manure Drying Machine has been installed well, and begun the bulk manure drying process.

According to the initial moisture content 35%-40%, output moisture content 13%-15%, this chicken manure drying machine's capacity is designed to be 12 t/h. 

The raw material is fermentent chicken manure which consists of 50% manure and 50% rice husk, and Thailand customer prefer to use coal, wood chips, corn cob, palm kernel shells, etc. as the fuel. The dried chicken manure finally is made into pellets, and to be used as organic fertilizer. 

Chicken manure drying machine is well kown as chicken manure dryer, poultry manure dryer, and it adopts high temperature quick drying mode, its maximum drying temperature can be up to about 400 centigrades near the dryer inlet end, and after the heat exchanging process, the temperature of the exhaust air is about 75 centigrades. 

It is continuous drying process, the chicken manure is passing through the dryer drum continuously, and within about 20-25 minutes, the manure moisture content can be reduced to be less than 25% or as need.
