▇ They will be producing cassava meal from fresh cassava tubers.  That will be the principal use of the cassava dregs dryer machine that we in tend to do.  The fresh tubers are around 60% to 80% moisture content.  

They processed some fresh cassava tubers. First we removed the skin, sliced and granulated it. Then they passed it under rollers to squeeze the water out. The final product that they got is a cassava meal with a bulk density of 591.31 grams per liter. Its moisture content is 50.03% (30 minutes test). 

The cassava dregs dryer will remove moisture from this meal so that there will be only some 13% to 15% moisture left when the meal gets out of the rotary cassava dregs dryer at the rate of 3.5 tons per hour.
