5R4119 Raymond Mill is being installed in Romania, and it is estimated to be finished within 1 month, and then will begin the commissioning and bulk production accordingly.
Work Flow 5R4119 Raymond Mill Plant:
1. Tractor Shovel feeds silica sand into 6m3 hopper.
2. Vibrating feeder feeds silica sand into bucket elevator.
3. Bucket Elevator transports the silica sand into 3m3 hopper.
4. Under the 3m3 hopper there is one vibrating feeder, and this vibrating feeder sends the silica sand into the grinding chamber of the grinding mill.
5. Inside the grinding mill, the silica sand is grinded into 400 mesh fine powder by the roller and ring in high rotating speed.
6. After the selection of the powder analyzer machine, the 400 mesh fine powder which meets the requirements goes out of the cyclone powder collector as the final product.
7. Pulse Bag Filter is used to collect the fine dust.
8. Electric control cabinet is used to control the whole fine powder mill plant.
The Romania Clients placed the order for 5R4119 Raymond Mill Plant in July, and the machines arrived at the clients' factory in October.
The Romania clients use the Raymond roller mill to grind the limestone into 200 mesh powder, and the capacity of the raymond mill system needed is about 8 t/h.
This 5R4119 Raymond Mill Plant includes the equipments as below:
● PE250X400 Jaw Crusher, 15kw;
● TH250X8M Bucket Elevator, 4kw;
● 3m3 Hopper;
● Vibrating Feeder II Type 0.2kw;
● 5R4119 Raymond Mill, Blower 75kw, Main Frame 75kw, Powder classifier 7.5kw;
● Powder Bagging Machine 4.4kw.
