For pine wood shavings, initial moisture 40%-50%, final output moisture after being dried 10%-15%, processing capacity 1 t/h, waste wood and coal as fuel.

The equipment list of this capacity 1 t/h wood shavings dryer system mainly is as follows:

█ 1.0x11m Rotary Drum Dryer : 

Includes diameter 1.0m, length 11m rotary drum (cylinder), feed inlet cover, outlet cover, lifting plates which is welded on the inner wall of rotary drum (cylinder), big gear, big ring, carrier roller, reducer machine & 5.5kw motor, thickness 40mm heat insulation layer.

█  Induced draft system : 

High pressure induced draft fan, 7.5kw motor, air duct, chimney.

█  Cyclone Dusting Removal System: Cyclone Dust Separator.

█  Temperature Control System: 

There are two temperature meter. One is installed onear the dryer inlet end, another is installed at the discharging end of wood shavings dryer.

█  Feeding System:

A. Use input belt conveyor to feed wet wood shavings into rotary airlock valve on top of the wood shavings dryer;

B. The rotary airlock valve on top of the wood shavings dryer has two functions. 

One is to feed the wood shavings into the wood shavings dryer evenly, 

the another function is to preserve heat and prevent the hot air going out of the wood shavings dryer through the feed inlet hole.

█  Electric control system: 

1 electric control cabinet to control all the motors inside the wood shavings drying system. On the electric control cabinet, there is 2 thermometers from which you can see the temperature in time.

█  Heat Supply System: 

New design Hot air furnace from Sunco Machinery. 

We produce well the hot air furnace at our factory, and later what you need is just to connect the rotary dryer to the hot air furnace together. It saves you most of the civil engineering cost ,and the salary and air ticket fees of the engineer.

█ Bagging system: 

According to the customer's demand, we can supply the wood shavings bagging machine for this wood shavings drying system accordingly.
